Muse's next map pin is Singapore, and the product story that matters is still the sandbox under the connectors.
On 27 October 2026 Meta's newsroom said Muse is available in Singapore after US, Canada, and Japan, with a roster of local commerce and travel partners and the same Muse Secure VM pitch that has followed the agent since launch.
Singapore launch, SEA connectors, Secure VM, progressive rollout
Meta opened Muse in Singapore on iOS, Android, and muse.ai, with availability on AI glasses described as coming soon. People can connect Gmail, Google Calendar, and Instagram for mail, scheduling, and saved-content tasks.
Early local connector partners named for Singapore include Shopee, Grab, Singapore Airlines, Agoda, ShopBack, Klook, Trip.com, and Lazada, spanning shopping, groceries, dining, and travel. Example flows include price comparison on Shopee or Lazada, grocery and dining through GrabMart and Grab Dine Out, travel and ticketing through Singapore Airlines, Agoda, Klook, and Trip.com, and cashback or dining deals through ShopBack. Connector features roll out progressively; some experiences arrive after launch day.
Muse runs on Muse Secure VM, described as a dedicated computer in the cloud that securely stores data and credentials for connected services while keeping passwords and payment methods out of the agent's view. Users choose access levels; Muse checks with the user before sensitive actions such as sending an email or making a purchase. Nicole Tan, managing director for Meta Singapore, framed the launch as connecting Muse to iconic regional brands. Muse is free for most everyday use, with subscription plans for people who want to do more.
Meta, local connector partners, and the user who grants scope
Meta Platforms shipped the Singapore availability. Named connector partners supply the local action surface; their own terms and progressive enablement gates still apply. End users remain the authorisers for connector scope and for sensitive-action confirmation. Advertisers and developers outside the Muse connector programme are not bound by this regional launch.
First Southeast Asia consumer market with a named Secure VM spine
What is new is geographic: Muse's first Southeast Asia consumer-agent market, with a dated partner list for commerce and travel connectors and a renewed public description of Muse Secure VM, credential isolation, and pre-action checks for email and purchases.
Relative to prior Muse operations coverage, treat Secure VM and connector governance as the technical spine. The model card did not change on this post; the distribution and partner-approval surface did.
Progressive connectors and glasses timing stay soft
Meta's newsroom post is dated 27 October 2026, with local press carrying into 28 October SGT. Muse stays free for most everyday use, with unnamed subscription plans and no Singapore list prices on the newsroom page. Availability is iOS, Android, and muse.ai now; AI glasses remain "coming soon." This is a Singapore consumer launch under Muse service terms.
Whether every named connector is live on day one, how purchase confirmation UX behaves across Grab and Shopee checkouts, and when glasses support lands remain unsettled. Independent evaluation of Secure VM isolation is outside this newsroom post.
Connector reviewers should demand Secure VM and approval matrices
Southeast Asia consumer-agent watchers should file Singapore as live and read the partner list as a progressive connector roadmap rather than a fully hot set. Security reviewers evaluating Muse for employee or customer use should request the Secure VM data-flow and payment-isolation detail, plus the sensitive-action confirmation matrix, before treating regional connectors as production-safe. Travel and commerce partners named here should align their own agent-commerce policies with Meta's progressive rollout schedule.
